This cross-industry curriculum translates the concepts learned in the Foundations in Performance Excellence for 
Government class into action by providing practical, actionable solutions.

(Developing Lean Thinkers, Going to Gemba, A3 Problem Solving, Kaizen Event, and Lean Metrics)

The team building activities are scheduled for the evening of September 25, 2024, following the conclusion of the first day of the summit. They are included in your summit ticket price.
